The M-eating restaurant has opened its doors for the summer 2016 and invites you to experience new flavours and enjoy your favourite courses.

The chef suggests the following main dishes:

  • Duet of pork fillet, sousvide at 70°C for 20 minutes, in molasses (petimezi) and candied pancetta marinades on eggplant puree and onion ragout
  • Fresh fish fillet with Mykonian savore sauce, artichoke puree from Jerusalem and mini vegetables
  • Sofrito of chicken from Corfu on vinegar sauce from its juice, sweet garlic cream, trilogy of parsley and mini vegetables
